Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what the service needs to work:

• Your account: your email address and a password (stored hashed by our database provider, never readable by us). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.
• Your profile and portfolios: the name, title, location, contact details, bio, social links, work, photos and videos you add while building or editing.
• Payments: for each payment, the plan, amount, method (bKash or Nagad), the transaction ID (TrxID) and the number you paid from. We never see or store your bKash or Nagad PIN or account details beyond that number.
• Messages from us: if a payment is rejected, the reason we give you. If a site is suspended, our reason is kept for our team only.

How we use it

• To run your account, save your drafts and put your portfolio online at your own link.
• To check your payment against our bKash and Nagad statements, and to approve, reject or renew your plan.
• To contact you about your account, a payment or your portfolio, by email or WhatsApp.
• To keep the service safe, for example by suspending a portfolio that breaks our terms.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics tools.

What is public

Once your portfolio is live, everything on it can be seen by anyone at yourname.ezportfolio.app, and search engines may list it. Photos you upload are stored at public web addresses so your portfolio can show them, even before it goes live. Drafts, payments and your account details are never public.

Who else handles your data

We use a few services to run the site. They process data for us and only to provide their service:

• Supabase: our database, sign-in and photo storage (servers in Mumbai, India).
• Cloudflare: hosting and delivering the site. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and basic request details.
• Google: if you choose to sign in with Google. (Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page sends nothing to Google.)
• Flaticon: our icon provider receives your IP address when your browser loads the icons.
• bKash and Nagad: you pay them directly; we only receive the payment details listed above.

Cookies and your browser

We keep you signed in with a cookie from our sign-in provider, and we save your draft in your browser so your work isn't lost. That is all; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Your account and portfolios stay until you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept as long as we need them for our accounts. When you delete a saved portfolio, it is removed; the record of any payment for it stays.

Your choices

• See and change your details and portfolios at any time in your dashboard and editor.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete your account and everything in it, by writing to portzenofficial@gmail.com.
• Take your portfolio offline by asking us, or by letting your plan end.

Children

EZ Portfolio is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard.
