Your account

You need an account to save and publish a portfolio. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Give us a real email address so we can reach you.

Your link and plans

• Publishing claims a link, yourname.ezportfolio.app, for as long as your plan is active.
• Yearly (৳299) keeps your portfolio online for one year from approval. You can renew from your editor. If you don't, it stays online for 7 more days, then it is paused until you renew.
• Founding lifetime (৳599, first 200 only) keeps your portfolio online for as long as we run the service, with no renewals.
• You pay by bKash or Nagad and send us the transaction ID. Your portfolio goes live once we have checked the payment. If we can't find it, we reject it and tell you why, and you can pay again.
• Payments are generally not refunded once approved. If something went wrong, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
• We may change prices for new plans and renewals; a plan you already paid for keeps its price until it ends.

Your content

What you put in your portfolio stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it on your link, and in previews of your link, so the service works. You confirm that you have the right to publish everything you add.

What isn't allowed

Don't use your portfolio for:

• someone else's work, name or photos presented as yours
• scams, fake reviews or misleading offers
• anything illegal in Bangladesh, hateful, sexual, or harmful to others
• spam, malware or attempts to break the service

We may suspend a portfolio that breaks these rules, without a refund. We will tell you when we do, and you can write to us if you think we made a mistake.

The service

We work to keep EZ Portfolio online and your portfolio safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable, and we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost work opportunities, from using or not being able to use the service. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever stop running the service, we will tell you in advance.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you about important changes by email or in your dashboard. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
